September Sew-In
Syracuse Quilters September 2019 Several members of the guild met at the Syracuse Community Center at 10:00 a.m. on September 10 to sew on the project of their choice. Then at 1:00 we held a fun regular meeting. Announcements: Quilt Fest runs next week (September 17-24) and still lots of opportunities for volunteers Garden of Quilts - Quilt Show at Thanksgiving Point next week with national teachers Our guild will be having elections in November so please consider serving next year Sew and Tell Drawing names for door prizes Our Zinger Quilt top finished thanks to Margo. Quilt will go to the Holiday Quilts for quilting and auction. What a fun quilt Margo, using Kaffe Fasset fabrics And a cute dresser scarf with the scraps Linda's lovely Hexi project in process, started out to be a queen size, moved on to lap quilt and decided a nice table topper.
