October Quilt Guild
News, Lessons Learned all in a Fun Meeting October's meeting started out with a great update from Marilyn on Quilt Fest including announcing that our own Nancy was the winner of the Viking Saphire Sewing Machine, as well as second place for her pretty Witches Broom. Quilt Fest, Sew Bewitching, was very successful this year and lots of exciting things are already being planned for next year. Next year's theme will be "Alice in Quilt Land" with a Mad Hatter's hat challenge and a quilt challenge to include 1 yard of Alice's favorite blue fabric. Utah Quilt Guild is also issuing a "Lower Your IQ (Incomplete Quilts) challenge.
