  Syracuse Utah Quilt Guild Meeting March 14, 2023 Our Quilt Guild President Maribeth called the meeting to order.   Three visitors were welcomed.  Names were drawn for the door prizes.               Susan presented the cute Button Bottle Pincushions to those whose birthdays were in February and March. This month is the time to renew the $20 membership in the Utah Quilt Guild. May 5 th – 13th is the Utah Shop Hop with 13 shops participating   from Logan to Springville. Rusty Barn Quilt show tickets are cheaper online.    Next Month’s meeting April 11 th will be a Sew-In at the Community Center from 10am -3pm with our regular meeting being held at 1pm.                                 We will be making One Block Wonder Quilts.  The Guild will buy the fabric.  Bring sewing machines and basic sewing supplies. Sew and Tell Those who finished their Painted Barn Blocks showed them to the rest of us. Pam s howed three baby quilts she made for when she had a granddaughter.   S

Syracuse Utah Quilt Guild February 21, 2023 Syracuse Quilters tried a new method of making a quilt block in a class they attended taught by Utah Barn Quilts.  Becky, Nancy and Meribeth painting their Blocks Teri and Becky show their completed Bird Blocks Paula & Mardell show their Robin Blocks  Kathy’s painted Star Block Beautiful Blocks Ladies!
