Bingo and Dessert
Does it get any better than that? Desserts galore, so yummy. I think everyone got a little bit of a sugar high before the end of the day. There were plenty of great prizes for our annual bingo game.
We did take care of a little business including the following announcements.
- Someone requested to advertise on our Facebook page or our blog and Suzanne reiterated that we do not take any advertising.
- Registration for Quilt Fest opens at 6 p.m. on June 21.
- Safe Harbor cancelled their boutique this year and will not be selling donated quilts
- Margo read a thank you note from the Holiday Quilt group for the "Safe Haven" Thimbleberry quilt we donated.
- Syracuse Museum has asked to borrow quilts to display in the museum. (more info to follow)
- Utah Quilt Guild is getting rid of the Library and volunteers can meet at the This is the Place Quilt Museum on September 9 at 1:00 p.m. to go through the material.
- Utah Quilt Guild is seeking an editor for the Beeline. Contact Marilyn if you would like to do this job.
- See the https://utahquiltguild.org for all news of the state guild

We always have lots of fun at our meetings celebrating birthdays, door prizes and occasionally treats. Sorry I didn't get any bingo pictures; I was too busy trying to win some prizes. No one went home without winning something. Great fun!
