The Syracuse Utah Quilt Guild began the New Year 2022 planning the year's meetings.

Kathy is our new Guild President.

She welcomed a couple of guests in addition to the 15 in attendance.

Our outgoing President, Becky thanked everyone for the Fat Quarters given to her as a thank you for her service the past two years.  This is the quilt she put together from blocks we made during Covid.

Our Utah Quit Guild Representative, Marilyn, updated us on Quilt Fest and other activities coming up.

Anita is doing our Fat Quarter Door prizes again this year.

Suzanne explained  our UFO Challenge where we put in $1 for each quilt project we hope to finish this year.  We receive a dollar back for every quilt we complete and show by the November meeting.

She also asked if we wanted to make hospital gowns and a 24"x24" quilts for the "A Doll Like Me" program for children with disabilities.

Marilyn showed her block of the month exchange quilt top. She plans on putting it on a bed at her house for her grandchildren
