Holly Announced the availability of a Cabin near Heber
for a quilt retreat. Contact her if you are interested.

Thanks to Nancy who put together our Silent Auction Basket
for Quilt fest. It includes a wooden sewing machine made by
Maribeth's husband. The bidding will start at $60.

Layton Heritage Museum Quilt Show through August 31st

If you haven't been yet to the
50th Springville Museum Quilt Show it is worth the drive.
It goes through September 21st.

If you are interested in the 2-day Quilt Retreat in
Tremonton on November 8th - 9th it will be held
at the Bear River Senior Center at a cost of $100.

A drawing was held for Nancy's Quilt she donated
and Marlena won it.

Almost everyone in the guild made a Christmas Present Block

Suzanne showed this amazing Scrappy Irish Chain
quilt made out of batiks.
The pattern in from Coriander Quilts.
It was quilted with a Celtic Knot design.
Some of the fabric was donated by our dear friend Margo.

Suzanne purchased this stunning quilt top from a quilt
shop that was going out of business in Evanston, Wyoming.
Anita made some more quilts again this month to
donate as comfort quilts.
Pam finished this quilt top started by Diane Jaeger.
Amy has a Patriotic theme going with her Red, White & Blue Quilts.
Amy also made this appliqued map of the United States
and a this pretty heart quilt for her Aunt.
Believe it or not Amy is new to quilting. Kudos to you.
Lori's daughter found this pretty 30's fabric
Drunkards Path quilt top.
Holly showed her cute strip pieced quilt.
Jennifer remade this quilt in colors she liked.
The blocks are set on point. It will be donated to
her favorite charity.
Janet donated this interesting quilt block
that Maribeth is holding using Lori Whitlock fabrics.
Lily made this pretty paper pieced quilt block.
Nancy took a class in Panguitch to make this stunning quilt.
Nancy sewed a quilt block for the outgoing Utah Quilt
Guild President using squares. She also put together
a comfort quilt top and her husband quilted it.
